That's why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us. About the Role . We are looking for a Project Manager to be the operational backbone of the DES People Journey programme. Working closely with the Lead Expert and workstream leads, you will own the delivery infrastructure that keeps the programme running smoothly — from governance cadences and event logistics to documentation and reporting. This is an operations role for someone who takes genuine pride in coordination and execution, and is passionate about employee engagement, organisational culture, and people development. You will be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks: actions are tracked, materials are ready, sessions run on time, and records are complete. You do not set the direction — but without you, the direction does not move. _________________________________________________________________ . What You Will Do . Strategy & Planning Support . Maintain the programme plan, collect inputs from across the team, and track progress against the roadmap . Keep the plan current and flag risks or delays to the Lead Expert in a timely way . Programme Governance . Run the full governance cadence: scheduling meetings, preparing packs, taking minutes, maintaining the action log, and following up on outstanding items . Ensure governance bodies run efficiently and that decisions and actions are clearly recorded . Engagement Measurement . Own the execution of engagement campaigns and participation tracking . Prepare data and compile outputs ready for analysis and interpretation by the Lead Expert . Programme Formats & Events . Own end-to-end delivery of programme events and formats such as We4Us weekupskilling sessions, engagement weeks, etc.: Manage logistics, speaker coordination, registration, reminders, and post-event recaps . Ensure every event runs to plan and that participants have a seamless experience . Communications & Content . Produce, format, schedule, and distribute leadership and large-audience content as directed in channels such as Viva Engage, EVA and emails . Execute the internal communications plan across channels such as Viva Engage, EVA and emails and keep content current and accurate . Communities & Networks . Manage the day-to-day running of communities and networks including We4Us, High Potentials and more: membership administration, maintaining the rhythm of activity, moderation, and nudges to keep members engaged . Skills & Development Offer . Coordinate the logistics of learning sessions: speakers, materials, scheduling, and attendance tracking . Ensure participants have what they need before, during, and after each session . Performance & Reporting . Compile KPIs and produce regular status reports for the Lead Expert and relevant stakeholders . Maintain consistent reporting templates and ensure data is accurate and up to date . Documentation & Continuity . Own the programme's documentation, templates, and handover records . Define and maintain filing structures and ensure materials are accessible, version-controlled, and complete . Benchmarking Support . Gather benchmarking material and best practice inputs on request from the Lead Expert . _________________________________________________________________ . What You Bring . Experience in a programme coordination, project support, or operations role — ideally within HR, communications, or a similarly complex function . Exceptional organisational skills and a track record of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping the ball . Strong attention to detail in written materials, data, and documentation . Confident using collaboration and scheduling tools (e.g. Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams) . A proactive, service-oriented mindset — you anticipate what is needed before being asked . Clear and concise written communication skills . Comfortable working with data: compiling, formatting, and presenting KPIs and tracking information accurately . Discretion and reliability when handling sensitive programme information . Strong team-oriented mindset . Passion for employee engagement, people development, and workplace culture topics. ______________________________.
