This role focuses on supporting infrastructure-related activities in cloud environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security of our systems. You will gain hands-on experience with cloud platforms, automation tools, and operational best practices.<h4>Key Responsibilities</h4><ul><li>Assist in monitoring cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, networking) across platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.</li><li>Support routine operational tasks such as patching, backups, and resource optimization.</li><li>Help in incident management and troubleshooting for cloud services.</li><li>Work with the team to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or ARM templates.</li><li>Participate in cost optimization and performance tuning activities.</li><li>Document processes, configurations, and operational runbooks.</li><li>Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with cloud security standards.</li></ul><h4>Required Skills</h4><ul><li>Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).</li><li>Familiarity with Linux/Windows administration.</li><li>Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, VPN, firewalls).</li><li>Exposure to scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash).</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good communication and willingness to learn.</li></ul><ul class="Pay Rate Group"> </ul>
