Content Consistency: Utilize style guides and templates to deliver cohesive designs across multiple formats. Customer Collaboration: Understanding customer briefing and Incorporating customer feedback efficiently, ensuring revisions are executed promptly for on-time delivery. Quality Assurance: Verify designs for accuracy, ensuring proper resolution, color consistency, and print-readiness. Mentorship: Mentor junior designers, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development within the team. Process Optimization: Identify and recommend improvements in packaging and print design workflows to enhance efficiency and output quality.
