Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end warehouse activities including inbound receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch of material in bags/bulk. Ensure proper stacking, segregation, and storage of material as per product specifications (moisture control, contamination prevention, FIFO/FEFO principles). Plan and optimize warehouse space utilization for maximum efficiency and safety. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records of SKU's and related materials using Warehouse Management System (WMS) / ERP (SAP preferred). Conduct regular cycle counts, physical stock verification, and reconciliation. Minimize inventory discrepancies, damages, and expiry losses. Logistics & Dispatch: Coordinate with transporters for timely loading and dispatch of material to Customer. Ensure accurate documentation (e-way bills, invoices, delivery challans, LR copies, quality certificates). Monitor vehicle loading/unloading to prevent shortages, damages, or pilferage. Team Leadership & Compliance: Lead, train, and supervise warehouse supervisors, loaders, and contract labor (15–20+ team size depending on scale). Ensure 5S, housekeeping, and GMP standards are maintained.
