He/She should be able to onboard transporters, do placements and manage the cost and SLAs Role Responsibilities Identify, onboard reliable FTL transport vendors / fleet owners, build a strong network, conduct reviews. Negotiate competitive rates, finalize contracts, ensure compliance. Allocate vehicles, ensure on-time placement, coordinate for capacity. Monitor movement, escalate and resolve issues, ensure customer communication. Collect and validate shipment documents, maintain digital records. Verify vendor bills, coordinate payments, resolve disputes. Prepare and maintain MIS on vehicle placement, spend, vendor performance for insights to management. Key Stakeholders With Purpose Internal Supply Chain, Plant & Finance Teams To ensure smooth dispatch planning, vehicle placement, documentation, and payment reconciliation External Transporters, LSPs & Customers To coordinate deliveries, track shipments, resolve escalations, and ensure timely POD closure Work Experience - 2+ year of work experience in business development of 3PL businesses Essential Education Degree in Engineering or Supply chain Essential
