Role Objective : This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world operational challenges, can think beyond conventional approaches, and is excited by the opportunity to work on warehouse design, process optimization, capacity planning, and supply chain problem-solving. As a GET, you will work on live business challenges and support initiatives around warehouse layout design, operational improvement, process engineering, and solution development across supply chain operations. Role Responsibilities Support capacity planning and operational optimization projects across warehouses and supply chain networks. Assist in warehouse layout planning, space utilization studies, and infrastructure design. Create and modify warehouse drawings, layouts, process flows, and engineering plans using AutoCAD and drafting tools. Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Work with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and support solution design. Develop presentations, reports, and analytical insights for decision-making. Explore innovative and unconventional approaches toward solving supply chain challenges. Educational Background B. Tech / B.E. from Industrial Engineering preferred Production, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Operations, or equivalent disciplines may also be considered.
