Responsibilities of the role - 1. Identify, onboard, and engage partner drivers onto the *Moglix platform 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers to ensure their long-term engagement 3. Work on driver retention strategies to reduce churn and ensure a steady supply 4. Analyze driver supply-demand dynamics and implement strategies to improve fleet availability 5. Monitor key performance metrics such as driver activity, login hours, trip acceptance rates cancellations, and service levels 6. Troubleshoot and resolve driver concerns regarding earnings, app usage, and service-related queries. 7. Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance the driver experience 8. Work closely with internal teams to optimize onboarding, compliance, and driver engagement processes 9. Keep track of market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments in the last-mile logistics space 10. Provide insights to improve "Delhivery's" supply strategy and stay ahead of competitors Requirements: 1. Work Experience : 1+ yrs of prior experience in a supply/sales role 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high ownership and result-oriented approach 4. Familiarity with the logistics industry is preferred
