Role Objective We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. He would be expected to run end to end procurement process for large Manufacturing entities in India. Role Responsibilities · Handle the RFQ's received from customers by ensuring best rate sourcing · Ensure all RFQ's are quoted within time to customers · Discover and develop vendors for MRO spares and capex items · Ensure supplier side contracting in place to serve customer orders with minimum delay · Conduct auctions and rounds of negotiations with vendors and senior management, ensuring best commercial are captured · Decode material details, asking for clarification in case of missing details or drawings · Maintain supplier base and build expertise in brand, OEM and suppliers through continuous relationship building · Propose efficiency measures such as order consolidation, ARC identification and part substitution · Ensure on-time in-full fulfillment through timely order processing, PO issuance, follow up on delivery · Assisting sales team to achieve monthly sales target, taking initiatives to grow order conversion in own category · Growing sales share in the key accounts · Follow up rigorously to ensure orders are fulfilled on time in full by supply partners · Develop future purchasing plans and potential relationships with vendors · Ensure orders are placed to relevant supply partners, maintaining quality and pricing standards Key Stakeholders
