The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix who shall be managing sourcing activities. Role Responsibilities: Identifying and developing strategically a network of suppliers for Steel, Metal, MRO, and Industrial Products. Handle the RFQs received from customers by ensuring best-rate sourcing in coordination with the Support/Business Team. Work closely with the Demand Team to ensure conversion and meet the revenue objective. Margin improvement as the core objective through a proper sourcing approach. Work on a new project in sourcing serviceability for empaneling new customers. Meet/coordinate with customer users and buyers to understand their needs and provide sourcing solutions. Conduct market visits to develop new suppliers and new categories. Identify TOD and M&A opportunities with suppliers. Prepare and present data to the leadership team. Ensure supplier-side contracting is in place to serve customer orders with minimum delay. Work on rapport building with all end users and buyers. Ensure the ordered products are delivered in a timely manner. Resolve customer complaints in an effective and respectful way. Solve customer escalations and rejections within TAT. Ensure proper communication flow. Key Stakeholders: Internal: KAM (Primary) CSL Team Category Sourcing Team CS Warehouse & Logistics Purpose: To ensure growth and profitability of an account in due rigour of Moglix’s practices. To ensure order fulfillment. External: Suppliers & Customers Purpose: Able to onboard and maintain strong relationships. Qualification & Experience: Work Experience: Experience of 2+ years in procurement of B2B steel, metals sectors. (Essential) Industry: Steel / Metal / Mining / Manufacturing (Essential) Knowledge/Skills: Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills. MIS (Essential) Sourcing and Supplier Management Skills (Essential) Education: B.Tech + MBA from a reputed institute (Desired)
