In this role, you will independently manage MRO items and post PO activities — Managing end to end operations in Supply Chain which includes Order processing, Invoicing and Delivery of Products — to ensure OTIF to the customers." Role Responsibilities Driving product adoption with customers & suppliers to improve customer experience Customer Query Resolution and ensuring Last mile delivery Sharing ETA reports with customer Daily order management operations through a team of Sales Support Representatives Managing On-Time delivery of customer orders by ensuring all items are picked on or before schedule Follow-up with supplier and customer Material status and documents Daily reports and follow-up with team. Follow up for the POD (proof of delivery) or GRN Ensure on-time in-full fulfillment rate of 99%+. Follow up rigorously to ensure orders are fulfilled on time in full by supply partners. Ensure timely deliveries to Customers with accurate supporting documents
