Role Objective We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for Moglix, getting relevant structural OEMs, wellknown traders/distributors etc. on board, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key suppliers. The desired candidate must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry. Role Responsibilities Hunter Instinct: Identify and open new OEMs/distributor/MOU traders as strategic partners. Plan, execute and monitor the sourcing operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth. Ensuring 100% end-to-end fulfillment rate for all orders. Program managing cross functionally to ensure adherence to SLAs. Need to travel occasionally, physically meet the OEMs/distributor/MOU traders and religiously be in contact and coordination with those strategic partners to strengthen the relationship Neck towards onboarding of key strategic sourcing partners who are ready to work against LC / credit terms etc. Qualification & Experience Work Experience 5-8 years of relevant experience in Steel structural (Channel, Angle, Beam, Column etc.), Flats, Plates, Crash Barrier, Rounds, Wire rod, Pipes etc. Knowledge/Skills Excellent communication & people management skills High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch Strong Sourcing acumen, negotiation skill, ready to go extra mile. Must enjoy supplier hunting, new supplier acquisition etc. Education B Tech OR Any Graduate + MB
