Role Objective - Lead sourcing, onboarding, governance of industrial service vendors across manufacturing sectors. Build a scalable service partner ecosystem covering plant maintenance, utility O&M, plant shutdowns, facility services, technical manpower, projects and specialized industrial services while ensuring cost competitiveness, SLA adherence, safety compliance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Build and manage a pan-India network of qualified industrial service vendors and contractors. Drive vendor identification, qualification, onboarding, audits and capability assessments. Develop category strategies for HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Waterproofing, Fire Systems, Utility O&M, Shutdowns, Fabrication, Audits and Technical Manpower. Lead RFQ management, techno-commercial evaluations, negotiations and vendor selection. Execute projects on ground in collaboration with vendors. Create rate cards, benchmarking frameworks and preferred vendor panels. Support sales teams with RFQ/project scope assessment, SOW/BOQ validation and costing. Monitor vendor performance through SLA, TAT, safety, quality and commercial scorecards. Drive service governance, compliance, documentation and contract management. Coordinate with customer plant, maintenance, procurement and operations teams for successful project execution. Success Metrics - Vendor base growth, RFQ turnaround, cost optimization, SLA adherence, safety performance, customer satisfaction and regional service coverage. Ideal Candidate Profile 5–10 years of experience in industrial services sourcing, plant maintenance, O&M, facility management, shutdown execution or technical services. Strong understanding of manufacturing, metals, mining, automotive, chemicals and process industries. Proven experience in vendor development, contractor management, and commercial negotiations.
