Senior Manager – Enterprise Sourcing (Indirect Procurement) Location: Noida / Udaipur Job Description We are looking for a techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges. The incumbent will be expected to manage the team and take care of the large procurement setup. Key Skills Strong Procurement Acumen (Experience in Indirect Procurement) Effectively onboard, manage, and develop new & existing vendors Strong Stakeholder Management Roles & Responsibilities Identify alternate brands/vendors and onboard them with Moglix. Analyze the procurement processes at the client’s end to identify inefficiencies, compliance gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure savings in similar category post onboarding new alternate vendors. Assist the sales team to achieve monthly value engineering targets. Grow sales share in key accounts. Monitor and prepare Daily Reports and MIS. Drive value engineering initiatives (Alternate Brand, Alternate Vendor, Should Costing, etc.). Handle PR to PO procurement transformation. Manage vendor relationships. Possess end-to-end knowledge of different types of auctions (Japanese, Dutch, English). Strong data analytics skills. Key Stakeholders Internal Enterprise Team Operations Team Supply Chain Team Purpose Ensure order fulfillment and Customer NPS. External New Vendors Customers Purpose Negotiate with current and new suppliers for better margins and credit terms. Desired Candidate Profile Experience 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Sourcing / Indirect Procurement from the Metal & Mining industry. Education B.Tech & MBA from Tier 2/3/4 institute. Required Skills High level of ownership with willingness to set up things from scratch. Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and possess a vision to transform a traditional procurement setup.
