JD : PC Lifecycle Management : < < Provision of End User Computing (EUC) Front Desk, Deskside and Office Field Support services including:< Walk-in and service desk request fulfilment.< IMAC (Install, Move, Add and Change) activities.< 85% windows 11 and 15% MAC< New hire device preparation, provisioning, and deployment.< Device break-fix support and troubleshooting.< Hardware replacement and warranty coordination.< Device recovery and asset collection during offboarding activities.< CMDB and asset inventory updates.< Compliance with SACM processes and asset governance requirements.< Support for Incident, Change and Problem Management processes.< Basic administration and support activities related to Microsoft Intune managed devices.< Physical onsite support across Client office locations.< < Work model: 5 days from office (Mon–Fri), 9 hours on‑site (includes 1‑hour break). Role requires strong communication skills, customer‑experience orientation, flexibility to work in shifts, and comfort with both system‑based and field work.
