Key Responsibilities Prism Analytics Development Design and develop Workday Prism Analytics solutions. Create and maintain data pipelines, datasets, and transformations. Ingest data from external systems and integrate with Workday data sources. Develop reusable Prism tables, datasets, and data models. Monitor and optimize Prism data loads and performance. Reporting & Analytics Create advanced Workday Reports, Composite Reports, and Matrix Reports. Develop Discovery Boards and dashboards for executive reporting. Deliver workforce, finance, operational, and compliance analytics. Translate business requirements into reporting and analytical solutions. Data Integration Work with EIBs, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and APIs. Design data validation and reconciliation processes. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across systems. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Business leaders. Conduct workshops and gather reporting requirements. Provide recommendations on analytics strategy and best practices. Experience implementing Workday Reporting and Analytics solutions. Strong understanding of Workday business processes and security framework. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Workday Prism Analytics Certification. Workday HCM Certification. Workday Reporting Certification. Experience with Workday Extend. Experience with Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Databricks, or enterprise data warehouses. Experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing domains.
