<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience: 5.5+ years of overall IT experience</li><li>Strong experience in CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping</li><li>Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise CMDB solutions</li><li>Strong experience with CSDM, CMDB Governance, and Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE)</li><li>Experience with CMDB Health, CI Relationships, Data Certification, and Duplicate CI Remediation</li><li>Strong ServiceNow development experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes</li><li>Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Update Sets, and Scoped Applications</li><li>Hands-on experience configuring Discovery schedules, credentials, probes, sensors, and patterns</li><li>Experience developing and maintaining Pattern-based Discovery solutions</li><li>Strong expertise in Top-down Service Mapping, Business Service Modeling, and Multi-tier Application Mapping</li><li>Experience integrating CMDB with SCCM/MECM, VMware vCenter, Azure, AWS, GCP, Active Directory/Entra ID, and monitoring tools</li><li>Strong experience working with REST and SOAP APIs for integrations</li><li>Good understanding of ITOM processes, enterprise infrastructure, networking, virtualization, and cloud technologies</li><li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills</li><li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory; CIS Discovery and CIS Service Mapping certifications are preferred</li></ul><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Design, implement, and maintain enterprise CMDB solutions following ServiceNow best practices</li><li>Develop and configure ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping for business-critical applications and infrastructure</li><li>Implement and maintain CSDM-aligned CMDB architecture and governance standards</li><li>Configure and manage Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), identification rules, and reconciliation rules</li><li>Monitor and improve CMDB Health, including completeness, correctness, and compliance metrics</li><li>Configure Discovery schedules, credentials, probes, sensors, and pattern-based discovery solutions</li><li>Create, maintain, and optimize Service Maps for distributed, hybrid, and multi-tier applications</li><li>Troubleshoot Discovery failures, identification issues, duplicate CIs, and Service Mapping-related problems</li><li>Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers to enrich CMDB data</li><li>Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, and Application teams to improve CMDB data quality</li><li>Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, and security best practices</li><li>Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and provide recommendations for scalable ITOM solutions</li><li>Mentor junior developers and support continuous improvement initiatives across the ServiceNow platform</li></ul>
