Staff Engineer, ServiceNow (CMDB & ATF)

<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience - 5+ years</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform testing and quality assurance processes</li><li>Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) is mandatory</li><li>Strong knowledge of CMDB concepts, data governance, and data hygiene best practices</li><li>Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using ATF</li><li>Good understanding of ServiceNow platform fundamentals and core functionalities</li><li>Experience with Asset Management processes and ServiceNow Asset Management modules</li><li>Knowledge of Compliance, Auditing, Access Management, and Security Controls within ServiceNow</li><li>Hands-on experience testing integrations with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP services, or Integration Hub</li><li>Experience supporting ServiceNow upgrades, clone activities, and post-upgrade validation testing</li><li>Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies</li><li>Ability to independently drive QE initiatives and establish testing best practices</li><li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and defect management skills</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>CSA certification or relevant ServiceNow certifications will be an added advantage</li></ul><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow ATF</li><li>Validate ServiceNow platform functionality across releases, enhancements, and configurations</li><li>Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing activities</li><li>Ensure CMDB data quality and support data hygiene initiatives across the platform</li><li>Validate Asset Management, Compliance, Auditing, and Security Control processes</li><li>Perform testing and validation of integrations with third-party systems and applications</li><li>Support ServiceNow upgrade and clone activities, including impact assessment and testing</li><li>Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution</li><li>Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and testing documentation</li><li>Collaborate with developers, administrators, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables</li><li>Provide testing sign-off and quality assurance recommendations for production deployments</li><li>Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve platform quality and stability</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives for ServiceNow QE processes and test automation</li><li>Ensure adherence to organizational quality standards, governance, and best practices</li></ul>
