REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Total Experience 7+ years.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Java 17 and core backend development.</li><li>Proficient in building microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful APIs.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Backbase platform, including service orchestration, SDKs, and widget customization.</li><li>Strong understanding of scalable, secure, and high-performance backend system design.</li><li>Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.</li><li>Working knowledge of relational databases and NoSQL databases.</li><li>Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.</li><li>Strong understanding of unit testing, integration testing, and code quality standards.</li><li>Good knowledge of system performance tuning and scalability optimization.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Ability to stay updated with emerging backend technologies and best practices.</li></ul> RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Writing and reviewing high-quality, maintainable backend code using Java 17 and Spring Boot.</li><li>Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs for enterprise and mobile applications.</li><li>Understanding business use cases and technical requirements and converting them into robust backend solutions.</li><li>Integrating and customizing solutions using the Backbase platform.</li><li>Collaborating closely with frontend developers, architects, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.</li><li>Defining and adhering to coding standards, performance benchmarks, and NFR considerations.</li><li>Ensuring application scalability, security, and reliability through sound architectural decisions.</li><li>Writing and reviewing technical design and architecture documentation.</li><li>Reviewing system design for scalability, extensibility, security, and performance best practices.</li><li>Identifying technical risks and resolving issues through root cause analysis.</li><li>Carrying out POCs to validate architecture, frameworks, and technology choices.</li><li>Contributing to continuous improvement of backend development practices and standards.</li></ul>
