REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Total Experience 11+ years</li><li>Strong working experience with ServiceNow architecture, application development and implementation experience.</li><li>Strong working experience in service now module GRC and Legal.</li><li>Strong command of ServiceNow platform components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer, etc.</li><li>Solid knowledge in MID Server setup, platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and integrations.</li><li>Extensive experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Web Services (REST, SOAP), SRAPI, import set APIs.</li><li>Experience designing and implementing custom scoped applications.</li><li>Proven record of delivering large-scale ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.</li><li>Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including version control, CI/CD, unit testing.</li><li>Ability to consult and influence on technical decisions and architectural best practices.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Prior experience in enterprise software development in ServiceNow-competitive application domains.</li><li>Knowledge of SOA technologies including REST, SOAP, and integration techniques.</li></ul>RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Writing and reviewing great quality configuration.</li><li>Understanding the client’s business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements</li><li>Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers</li><li>Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the client’s requirements</li><li>Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation</li><li>Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for the developers</li><li>Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed</li><li>Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it</li><li>Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects</li></ul>
