1. Identification of sourcing requirements for various modules of SAP being supported as part of the current OD SAP program 2. Liaising with the vendors regularly to fulfil the sourcing requirements 3. Providing regular update to the internal management on the progress of the fulfilment 4. Maintain the vendor wise sourcing plan and the fulfilment progress at one central place 5. Working with internal HR to fulfil the resource requirement via other gig channels 6. Analyzing the daily ticket data and derive the insights with respect to the overall performance against key customer metrics 7. Identifying the gaps and improvements from the daily ticket analysis. Communicate the same to the vendors 8. Helping in the preparation of the weekly status reports to be presented to customers 9. Coordinate with different vendor spocs to understand and help to fix the issues related to their resource onboarding
