• Interpret issues reported by internal and external map users - Understand the customer problem, reported via tickets. • Adding, editing, or deleting agency sources • Keeping track of completed tasks, initiatives, and upcoming responsibilities on a regular basis. • Review and research requests to determine if map attributes require edits/updates - Conduct the required research per process in order to solve the reported issue. • Perform data attribute editing - Make accurate edits on map as required & evident from research • Perform quality check on completed tickets as per checklist • Close the ticket – per process with appropriate closing actions
