• Responsible for conducting new hire, remedial, and on-floor training programs • Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by assessing existing vs. required skill inventories; design and deploy targeted learning interventions to bridge knowledge and skill gaps across levels • Manage the classroom environment in a positive, engaging, and professional manner • Design and develop curriculum and learning content using instructional design principles • Create role-play scenarios, case studies, and certification frameworks • Design knowledge assessments; track, analyze, and report learner progress • Ensure a closed-loop feedback mechanism between training and operations/floor teams • Collaborate with project managers and team leaders to identify best practices and document the same • Partner with QMG/Quality teams to address identified training needs and improvement areas • Track and report training effectiveness and trainee performance metrics
