• Should be proficient in English and Hindi language • Excellent communication skills, listening and probing skills • Should be ready to work in Night shifts • Basic knowledge on Computer Hardware, Windows & MAC Operating systems • Basic knowledge on Networking concepts and AC and DC current concepts • Responsible to handle customer queries / issues through Voice calls • Responsibility is to provide first level technical assistance for Seagate hardware devices. • Responsible to analyze the reasons for any replacement, follow-ups and adhere to the process before approving it • Should be technically efficient to understand/analyze the issue with the hardware devices • Ability to effectively use online search engines at basic and advanced levels
