Collected role description
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MCA Experience in product sales, market, and pre-sales activities for the client. Experience in product sales for the construction industry with 4D and 5D features. Be part of product development team and understand the functionality. Experience in coordinating with multiple internal & external stakeholders. Able to conduct POC for client-specific problems using BIM 4D-5D technology. Ability to understand the problem statement of the client and provide solution from existing product. Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM technology using 4D and 5D methodology. Experience in pre-sales promoting BIM technology will be preferred. Experience working with BIM teams in the past and implementing client projects. Ability to understand the pain/issues in BIM technology implementation. Understand In-depth understanding of 3D, 4D, and 5D features within BIM workflow. Sound knowledge of estimation and scheduling (MSP/P6). Ability to understand the client’s problems and provide solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint presentation, Word, Excel). Sound understanding of overall digital construction methodology.
