Automation Tester Core Technical Skills · Robot Framework Expertise · Python Programming - Writing reusable python libraries · API interaction (requests, JSON handling), RESTful API testing, JSON/XML parsing and validation · Modular test suite design Networking Fundamentals · IP addressing, subnetting, routing · SSH, SCP, Proxies · Knowledge of MQTT would be a plus. Embedded Systems & Linux · Strong understanding of embedded systems, including firmware/OTA update processes, device provisioning, and configuration management. · Experience with hardware communication interfaces such as UART and GPIO. · Proficient in Linux environments, including Bash scripting, file system management, and permissions. · Familiarity with system diagnostics and troubleshooting, including systemd services, journalctl, dmesg, process monitoring, and resource analysis. · Ability to investigate device, application, and connectivity issues in embedded Linux systems.
