Requirements: Core Technologies Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, and Entity Framework. Experience in developing scalable enterprise applications and RESTful APIs. Kafka & Messaging Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including Producers, Consumers, Topics, Partitions, and Consumer Groups. Experience with Kafka Streams and event-driven architecture. Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Kafka performance. Architecture Experience with Microservices Architecture, SOA, and distributed systems. Understanding of scalable and high-availability application design. Cloud & DevOps Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control systems. Databases & Frontend Strong experience with SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cosmos DB. Exposure to front-end technologies/frameworks such as React is an added advantage. Testing Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest. Knowledge of automated testing and deployment practices. Soft Skills Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. Job Description: Implementation & Delivery Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of Agile projects and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and demos. Design and implement scalable event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka for real-time messaging and integration. Leadership & Coordination Act as Technical Lead and coordinate with an 8–10-member offshore Scrum team. Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Project Managers, Architects, and client stakeholders to drive successful project execution. Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to development teams. Technical Excellence Lead system architecture, technical design discussions, and performance optimization initiatives. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Manage Kafka-based messaging solutions including topic design, producers, consumers, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
