Planning and managing work across client teams and NexTurn teams, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in Agile, Scrum, and release management. Ability to handle multiple projects and teams. Good to Have: Experience in handling offshore/onshore teams Exposure to enterprise-level projects PMP / Scrum certification Job Description: Manage end-to-end program delivery across multiple projects. Work closely with client stakeholders and build strong relationships. Plan, track, and ensure timely delivery of programs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, DevOps, etc.). Drive Agile practices, release planning, and change management. Identify risks and ensure mitigation plans are in place. Ensure quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction. Support business growth by identifying new opportunities with clients.
