Strong experience working with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web services. Experience integrating cloud and on-premises applications. Strong SQL and database experience. Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues across multiple systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work directly with customers and lead technical discussions. Experience mentoring or leading junior technical resources. Experience with ServiceNow, HaloITSM or HaloPSA. Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Power Automate. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), OAuth, SAML, and SCIM. Experience with ETL, data migration, and data transformation projects. Experience with monitoring and support of production integrations. Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), Enterprise Service Management (ESM), or ITIL frameworks. Job Description: Design, develop, and support integrations between ServiceNow or HaloITSM and third-party systems. Develop API-based, database-driven, file-based, and event-driven integrations. Participate in customer discovery sessions to gather business and technical requirements. Translate business requirements into technical integration solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration and data synchronization issues. Create technical documentation, integration specifications, and deployment procedures. Lead integration projects from design through implementation and support. Mentor and guide junior integration developers and consultants. Review technical designs and code developed by team members. Assist with estimating effort and defining project delivery approaches. Work directly with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Contribute to the development of integration service offerings and best practices.
