Collected role description

Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business goals into well defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams. Engage directly with business stakeholders through discovery sessions and workshops to uncover requirements and validate product decisions. Analyze P&C insurance workflows across the policy lifecycle and define how they should be supported in the new platform. Contribute to product roadmap planning and release prioritization in collaboration with product leadership. Bridge business and technology by working closely with architects, engineers, and QA to ensure features are delivered accurately. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives, and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders.
