Key Responsibilities ● Plan and execute daily dispatches as per schedule. ● Arrange vehicles (tempo/truck) and coordinate with transporters for timely placement. ● Check loading accuracy and ensure proper dispatch documentation (E-way bill, LR, challan, invoices). ● Track shipments and share timely updates. ● Maintain dispatch records, PODs, and MIS reports. ● Coordinate with warehouse/production for stock availability and loading. ● Ensure compliance with GST and logistics guidelines Skills & Requirements ● 2–5 years of experience in dispatch/logistics coordination. ● Knowledge of E-way bills, transportation, and vehicle types. ● Strong communication and vendor-handling skills. ● Basic MS Excel and ERP knowledge. ● Graduate in any stream (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred).
