About the role. Key Responsibilities. Design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade database solutions across multiple platforms (Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Azure SQL Database, AWS RDS, Amazon Aurora). Develop and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines to support autonomous agents, LLM applications, and predictive models. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient database architectures. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all database systems. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize database performance and scalability. Automate routine database maintenance tasks and implement best practices for disaster recovery and backup strategies. Stay updated with emerging database technologies and recommend improvements to existing infrastructure. About you. Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in database engineering. Proven expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Azure SQL Database, AWS RDS, and Amazon Aurora. Strong understanding of data pipeline architecture, ETL processes, and data integration techniques. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and managing cloud-based database solutions. Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python). Knowledge of data security, compliance standards, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment. Certifications. Azure Database Administrator / Microsoft Certified: Data Engineer. AWS Certified Database – Specialty. Oracle Certified Professional / MySQL Database Administrator / PostgreSQL Certified Developer. What we offer.
