Collected role description

We're looking for a Program Manager who can operate as the connective tissue across our product and technology organization. This is a high-leverage, high-visibility role that blends program execution, vendor and commercial management, and strategic support to the CPTO. You'll run the operating rhythm of our teams, own org-wide initiatives end to end, and act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership. This role suits someone who is equally comfortable negotiating a vendor renewal, unblocking an engineering team in a scrum, and preparing a leadership review for the CPTO — often all in the same day.
