The role provides an opportunity to work across different engineering activities, learn new technologies, and contribute to project requirements based on business needs.</p> <h3>Qualification</h3> <ul><li><p>BE/BTech/MTech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.</p></li><li><p><strong>Minimum 70% aggregate</strong> in academics.</p></li></ul> <h3>Must Have Skills</h3> <ul><li><p>Basic knowledge of <strong>Core Java and/or Python</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of <strong>OOP concepts and SDLC</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Basic knowledge of <strong>SQL/relational databases</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Good <strong>problem-solving and analytical skills</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Good <strong>communication and teamwork skills</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong willingness to <strong>learn and grow</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Basic awareness of <strong>AI concepts and AI-powered tools</strong>.</p></li></ul> <h3>Good to Have</h3> <ul><li><p>Basic knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, or web technologies.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Git/SVN.</p></li><li><p>Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.</p></li><li><p>Exposure to <strong>Generative AI tools, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted productivity tools.</strong></p></li><li><p>Academic projects, internships, or personal projects demonstrating practical application of technical skills.</p></li></ul> <p><br /></p>
