Collected role description

This position is for a person with strong analytical background and is responsible for analyzing BAU support tickets in eGlobal ERP, primarily related to accounting and functional side of eGlobal. Coordinate with the end user and help them out with their regular problems/issues. Develop new ideas and present them to the end users and team. Analyzing, developing and cataloguing the issues with proposed solution to the ERP code owner. The person will also have to take part in the UAT testing of the product’s new releases and hot patches; and also responsible for successfully documenting completed testing documentations. This position will also document and submit all the bugs identified with in the system and send them to the ERP code owner for corrections. Communicate with the stakeholders on regular basis and keep them appraised on the development of the issue. Shift Timings – could be both 8am to 5pm and 12pm to 9pm (as per business requirement). Education, Certifications, and Work Experience Required 3 + years bachelor’s degree in commerce – preferably B.COM (H) (only 2024 batch). 0-6 months’ work experience only. Fresher is required. Knowledge Base Required Demonstrate results and initiative for continuous process improvements. Strong communication, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. Team player and demonstrated customer service focus. Strong documentation skills and attention to detail. Functional understanding of financial business operations. Strong project analysis and planning skills. Understanding of testing protocol. Understanding of business needs analysis.
