Key Responsibilities. STATCOM Tendering Application Engineer. Technical Proposal Ownership: Driving the technical solution and coordinating the engineering team for clause-by-clause analysis. Strategy: Participation in project execution strategy development. Experience: Several years of experience in engineering management for delivery projects or tenders, ideally within the Transmission Grid environment (HV/MV Substations, FACTS, or HVDC). Knowledge of Power Electronics is a significant plus. Team Dynamics: Successful track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams with complex interfaces.
