Senior Lead Engineer

Role Overview. a)Lead full-chip timing closure, driving convergence to performance, power, and tapeout targets across the design hierarchy. b)Provide technical leadership in STA, timing analysis, constraint validation, and cross-functional issue resolution. c)Drive execution excellence through risk management, schedule tracking, and collaboration with IP, PD, RTL, and methodology teams. Key Responsibilities. - Perform STA and timing closure. - Debug violations. - Define constraints. - FCT Flow Knowledge. - FCT ECO generation/Interface timing closure . Required Skills & Expertise. - PrimeTime / Tempus. - StarRC knowledge. - Formality LEC. - Exposure to Innovus / Fusion Compiler. Preferred Skills. - Strong TCL scripting capability. - Python scripting is a plus. - Experience in advanced nodes (7nm and below). Experience. 6-10years. Education.
