About the HRIS Product Team at Rippling: Rippling is rapidly expanding its customer base, supporting larger enterprise customers, and launc... responsibilities will include: Partner with design and product management leaders to shape and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the team, while maintaining a balanced approach that considers both platform and product perspectives Lead initiatives such as architectural changes, improvements in the hiring process, enhancing engineering effectiveness, and managing post-mortem processes. Provide technical leadership and drive development in a dynamic, startup environment for a broadly scoped engineering team Up-level the team by mentoring team members by setting expectations and help them grow to take on larger workstreams with confidence Enforce high-quality deliverables and raise the bar for engineering excellence by building and operationalizing tools, monitors, and processes across the organization Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer Experience building customer facing products You have seen systems operating at significant technical and organizational scale Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience in building projects with good abstractions and architecture Comfortable at developing scalable and extendable core services used in many products Additional Information Rippling is an equal opportunity employer.
