We are looking for a Senior Consultant in Data Sciences with AWS AI/ML expertise, specifically focusing on Agentic AI solutions within the Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) sectors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building scalable, responsible AI systems and collaborating with diverse teams to solve complex business challenges. Required Skills and Experience Seven or more years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or AI Engineering. Demonstrated hands-on experience building Agentic AI solutions on AWS. Proficiency with Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, Strands, and related AWS AI services. Strong understanding of classical AI/ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI models. Comprehensive knowledge of NLP, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, tool calling, and agent orchestration. Experience designing and implementing multi-agent or autonomous AI workflows. Foundational understanding of evaluation, guardrails, observability, and responsible AI practices. Professional experience within the Healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industries. Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions through effective communication with clients and technical teams.
