Proven experience of 7 to 15 years in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on volume hiring. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Must Have: Proven experience in volume hiring, specifically for field sales and field operations roles across branch locations. Strong understanding of the entire recruitment process. Demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of hires within specified timelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
