Job Summary We are seeking a Satellite Communication Engineer with strong expertise in satellite communication systems and data networking technologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, integrating, unit testing, and maintaining satellite-based data communication networks, ensuring reliable connectivity and optimal performance for mission-critical applications. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and maintain satellite communication networks and ground segment infrastructure. Configure and troubleshoot VSAT systems, Implement and manage IP-based data communication services Perform link budget analysis and network performance optimization Satellite Communication VSAT systems GEO, MEO, and LEO satellite networks Satellite modems (iDirect, Hughes, Comtech, Newtec, etc.) Data Communication & Networking TCP/IP, UDP, IPv4, IPv6 Routing protocols: OSPF, BGP, RIP MPLS and VPN technologies LAN/WAN networking QoS implementation Network monitoring and troubleshooting Experience: 3-8 Years Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
