Product Manager - Hospality Domain

To get there we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager with a strong background in managing SaaS products and driving product development strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring seamless coordination between various departments and stakeholders. This role demands a proactive approach in identifying potential challenges and implementing effective solutions to ensure the smooth functioning of our products.</p><h3>Job Responsibilities</h3><p> • Develop comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs) and user journeys, ensuring a clear understanding of product specifications and requirements.</p><p> • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and business units, to address potential issues, challenges, and bottlenecks in the product development process.</p><p> • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, product requirements, user stories, use cases, and change requests.</p><p> • Lead the internal team as per project requirements, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment that encourages innovation and creativity.</p><p> • Conduct thorough reviews and validation of technical deliverables to ensure alignment with specified requirements and adherence to quality standards.</p><p> • Monitor product performance and functionality, ensuring seamless integration and functionality for our clients and end-users.</p><p> • Oversee regular product testing and quality assurance procedures to guarantee optimal performance and reliability.</p><p> • Collaborate with the customer support team to address any product-related issues and provide timely and effective solutions to enhance overall customer satisfaction.</p><h3>Candidate Profile</h3><p> • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.</p><p> • 4+ years of proven experience in Product Management within the IT SaaS industry.</p><p> • Demonstrated expertise in creating PRDs, user journeys, and other relevant product documentation.</p><p> • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams effectively.</p><p> • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges.</p><p> • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.</p><p> • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.</p><p> • In-depth understanding of SaaS product development and best practices.</p><p> • Prior experience in ensuring product functionality and reliability for clients and end-users.</p>
