Collected role description

- Well versed with Security skills (Palo Alto, Fortigate) - Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols like, Advance persistent threats, - Experience in implementation and management of complex and critical security controls. - Hands on experience on NAT configuration on firewall. - Ability to convert and review firewall policies. - Knowledge on Routing and Switching to perform end to end route check. - Monitoring of the Critical Parameters for the Network devices like Interface Status Bandwidth Utilization Resource utilizations Link Status. - Incident& Problem Management - Tracking and Co-ordination of all incidents / problems till resolution Identification of probable causes of failures in the WAN environment Recommend on the possible solution / workaround to address the probable causes of failure. Performing router, switch configuration. - Good communication and presenting skills. - Strong stakeholder engagement / Client Relationship Management - Very good attitude, good listener and adapter - Motivated and proactive and ready to take more challenges. - Knowledge of ITIL concepts. - Relevant and proven record of accomplishment in technical, highly innovative environments. - Must have ability to support flexible schedule in support of 7x24 operations.
