Location: Bangalore Experience: 1 - 3 Years Job Responsibilities: - Candidates must have minimum 1+ years experience in IT Recruitment. - Review and understand technical job requirements. - Should have end to end Experience in the recruitment cycle (Sourcing, Screening, Interview). - Experience in sourcing candidates through job portals, social Networking and consulting services. - Shortlisting, lineup, followup and update of feedback. - Coordinating with Panel, Salary Negotiation and convincing Skills. - Should be experienced in permanent staffing. - Coordinating with colleges / training placement agencies for the campus drives. - Should have knowledge in IT Skills. - Good communication in English.
