Collected role description

Key Responsibilities Drive business performance tracking, P&L analysis and forecasting for key business segments. Analyse key metrics including NMV, revenue, contribution margin, logistics and marketing costs . Prepare MIS, business reviews and management dashboards , highlighting key trends and variances. Partner with Business, Operations, Marketing and other teams to evaluate financial impact of initiatives . Build financial models and conduct scenario analysis / ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions. Identify opportunities for cost optimisation, profitability improvement and process automation . Expected Qualification & Experience CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred. 2–4 years of relevant experience in Business Finance, FP&A, Financial Planning, Investment Banking, Consulting or a similar role. Prior experience in e-commerce, consumer internet, retail or marketplace businesses would be an advantage. Strong Excel / financial modelling and analytical skills ; SQL / Power BI experience is a plus. Strong business acumen, communication and stakeholder management skills.
