Collected role description

●Knowledge of Solar installation Process for Residential, Commercial Projects. ●Ensure the project work are executed and checked in accordance with Quality Control and Safety Process. ●Conduct Induction Training and Awareness program for workmen & Staff. ●Preparation of Quality observation report in Commercial Pojects. ●On-site Safety / Quality inspection with all technical aspects of Projects. ●Provide records to I&C team for Safety and Quality inspection. ●Follow-up and updating closure reports. ●Carrying out Safety and Quality audits within City and within State. ●Electrical Hazard & Risk Understanding ●Communicate with O&M and Execution team. ●Regularly inspect equipment. ●RCA of near miss cases, Skills required for identification. ●Solar Product inspection is Advantage. ●Maintain, Publish, track all QHSE related reports. Key Competencies Technical Need to Have ●Basic Computer Knowledge in M.S. Word + Excel + Power point Nice to Have ●Inspection skills Behavioral Need to Have ●Good Communication skill (English, Hindi + Local Language) Nice to Have ●Presentable ●Accountability. ●Focus & Discipline. ●Positive Attitude. & Honesty ●Prior geographical knowledge of assigned location. ●Own Accommodation & Fooding in base location. Travel Frequency ●Daily Travel in Base City ●Inter State travel on need basis
