In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the backend systems that power our customer-facing applications and internal platforms. You will work closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing solutions in the clean energy domain. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js Build and manage well-documented and scalable RESTful APIs Integrate with both internal and third-party services Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure smooth end-to-end system integration Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues Follow best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation Implement core services like caching , logging , and monitoring Participate in code reviews , architecture discussions, and sprint planning Deploy and manage services using Docker , Kubernetes , and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) Work in an agile environment and contribute proactively to team goals What We Offer: Purpose-driven work in the fast-growing renewable energy sector Flexible hybrid work arrangement Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and scalable systems Collaborative and inclusive team culture Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Upskilling opportunities and access to learning resources Chance to create meaningful impact and help accelerate India’s clean energy transition Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of backend development experience, primarily using Node.js Strong knowledge of JavaScript , SQL/NoSQL databases , and asynchronous programming Experience with REST API design , event-driven architecture , and microservices Hands-on with Docker , Kubernetes , and cloud platforms ( AWS/GCP/Azure ) Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) Comfortable using Git and version control tools Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
