As a Senior Project Engineer - LabVIEW, you will utilize your expertise in LabVIEW to manage and execute technical projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, tackle technical challenges, and maintain strong relationships with clients. Soliton Technologies also recently organized GDevCon Asia 2026, the first edition of this global community-driven graphical programming conference in Asia, in Bengaluru. The event witnessed participation from global experts, practitioners, and enthusiasts in graphical programming, especially within the LabVIEW ecosystem. It served as a platform to exchange ideas, showcase innovative solutions, and strengthen the engineering community, further positioning Soliton as a key contributor in advancing technology and thought leadership in this space. Soliton is also proud to have four LabVIEW Champions within the organization, reflecting its deep expertise and strong presence in the global LabVIEW community. The Senior Project Engineer - LabVIEW is responsible for leading technical design, development, and delivery within an Agile team. This role focuses on breaking down requirements, providing estimations, identifying technical risks, and creating solutions using LabVIEW. The engineer will develop and debug code, design user interfaces, conduct reviews, and deliver high-quality products. Additionally, the role involves client interactions, reporting project progress, and fostering strong business relationships. Collaborate with the Agile team to achieve project goals. Analyze requirements, provide detailed estimations, and prepare project plans. Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks and issues. Develop detailed designs and prototypes by exploring new concepts and approaches. Write clean, high-quality LabVIEW code following established standards; develop, debug, and design user interfaces. Participate in design, code, and usability reviews to ensure quality and consistency. Conduct client demos and deliver high-quality outputs with comprehensive documentation. Perform retrospectives and define actionable improvement plans. Report project status, progress, and key developments to senior team members. Participate in project meetings with management and cross-functional teams. Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders. Work closely with clients to establish and maintain strong business relationships.
Collected minimum qualification
Proven LabVIEW Programming Experience of 2 - 5 years with Engineering Graduation.
