The Manager will handle end-to-end campus recruitment, stakeholder management, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This position requires a strategic approach to strengthen employer branding and build a robust talent pipeline aligned with business goals. This multi-faced role plays a pivotal role in our organization's talent acquisition and brand-building efforts. The incumbent will be not just responsible for recruiting talent but also for building relationships, representing the Soliton brand, and helping foster educational excellence in our partner institutions.
