BASIC INFORMATION: Job Title: Sr. Analyst/Lead Analyst-Survey Programming Department: Programming and Quality Control Job Location: Hyderabad, India CTC: As per market standard Experience: 3-6 Years Mode: Work from Office ROLE OVERVIEW: We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Analyst / Lead Analyst – Survey Programming to join our Programming and Quality Control team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative survey programming solutions, ensuring high-quality survey deliverables, and effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and timelines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Design and implement creative, non-standard programming solutions to address complex survey requirements. - Program surveys accurately and conduct thorough quality checks to ensure error-free deliverables - Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues and data inconsistencies. - Ensure timely project completion and proactively communicate any delays, risks, or alternative solutions when necessary. - Understand client requirements through active listening and effective communication. - Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities by generating ideas, insights, and innovative solutions. - Collaborate closely with onshore teams and internal stakeholders to deliver projects within defined timelines. - Explore advanced programming techniques and propose new ideas to enhance the company’s survey programming capabilities. - Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in survey programming and project execution. - Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by actively supporting knowledge sharing and peer learning within the team. - Mentor and guide junior team members by sharing best practices, providing constructive feedback, and supporting skill development. - Promote a culture of accountability, mutual respect, and teamwork to achieve collective goals and maintain a high-performance work environment. REQUIRED SKILLS: - Proficiency in MR survey Programming tools, specifically in Sawtooth-Lighthouse Studio. - Work Experience in Healthcare project handling. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and jQuery - Strong logical reasoning and analytical problem-solving abilities - Highly detail-oriented with a perfectionist attitude. - Ability to program surveys quickly and efficiently, with the ability to meet deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Prior experience in team management is a plus QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA) - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in survey programming using Sawtooth-Lighthouse Studio is mandatory - Work experience in the healthcare domain is required
