<h2 dir="ltr">We are hiring Associate Technical Architect!</h2>Subex | Bengaluru | Full-time |At Subex, we provide Digital Trust solutions to 75% of the world's top 50 telcos. We're looking for an AI/ML Solution Architect to define and shape end-to-end AI solutions, from data pipelines and model workflows to enterprise integration. You'll solve difficult business problems and help define the next generation of prescriptive solutions.Architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions<ul dir="ltr"> <li>Define solutions spanning data pipelines, model workflows, and system integrations</li> <li>Build architectural blueprints and roadmaps that align AI/ML projects with organizational objectives</li> <li>Design large-scale data and AI systems with fault tolerance and high availability</li> </ul>Set the standards<ul dir="ltr"> <li>Establish and enforce standards for model development, deployment, monitoring, and security</li> <li>Define MLOps practices covering versioning, CI/CD pipelines, and automation</li> <li>Create and maintain documentation for AI/ML architectures, workflows, and operational processes</li> </ul>Explore and innovate<ul dir="ltr"> <li>Research, evaluate, and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks for AI/ML use cases</li> <li>Run PoCs on complex business challenges and assess their feasibility and ROI</li> <li>Drive adoption of emerging technologies such as generative AI, reinforcement learning, and edge AI</li> </ul>Collaborate across teams<ul dir="ltr"> <li>Work with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI/ML solutions with enterprise systems</li> </ul><h4 dir="ltr">What You Bring</h4>Technical skills<ul dir="ltr"> <li>Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, architectures, and workflows</li> <li>Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn</li> <li>Advanced Python (R, Java, or Scala is a plus)</li> <li>Expertise in big data frameworks such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka</li> <li>Docker and Kubernetes for deploying scalable AI/ML systems</li> <li>Hands-on experience with MLOps workflows, tools, and best practices</li> <li>Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and RESTful architectures for integrating models into enterprise systems</li> <li>Familiarity with data engineering tools like Apache Airflow or Apache NiFi</li> </ul>Soft skills<ul dir="ltr"> <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li> <li>Communication and storytelling that work for both technical and non-technical audiences</li> <li>Leadership and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams</li> <li>Strategic thinking and a passion for innovation</li> </ul><h4 dir="ltr">Culture Fit</h4>Collaborative and approachable.<h4 dir="ltr">How to Apply</h4>Send your resume to <a href="mailto:hamina.dadra@subex.com">hamina.dadra@subex.com</a> with the subject line "Associate Technical Architect"
